Coronavirus India Tally Crosses 71 Lakhs:- The spread of coronavirus is not slowing down in India. With a huge density of population all over, there are lots of new cases of coronavirus registered per day. A total number of 66,732 new cases are reported in India yesterday taking the total tally of cases to 71,20,538. 816 people passed away in the last 24 hours as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. A total number of 61,49,535 people recovered completely from coronavirus and the active cases in the country stand at 8,61,853. The fatality rate in the country is said to be 1.54 percent as per the Union Health Ministry.

10,78,544 are tested in the past 24 hours and the total samples tested till date are 8,68,77,242 as per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Karnataka has 9523 new cases of coronavirus and 75 deaths in the last 24 hours. The total cases of coronavirus in Delhi cross 3 lakh mark with 2780 new cases. Maharashtra, the most impacted state of the country reported 10,792 new cases and 309 deaths. The total cases in the state are 15,28,226. Kerala adds 9347 fresh cases and the death toll is at 1003. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Sunday hinted that the number of cases will rise in the winter season.
