TSRTC Resumes Suburban and Mofussil Services in Hyderabad

TSRTC Resumes Suburban and Mofussil Services in Hyderabad:- With the arrival of coronavirus pandemic, all the public transport services are put on hold. The state bus services of TSRTS resumed in Telangana and limited services are operating to connect the villages and towns in the state. The Indian Railways has been running special trains with limited stops and the Hyderabad Metro resumed its services recently. The Hyderabad city bus services are yet to be resumed and several commuters of the city have been waiting for them to resume to make their travel easier and cheaper. The TSRTC officials today resumed the Subarban and Mofussil bus services in Hyderabad after six months. 200 buses started their operations from today across the outskirts of the city.

The buses are operated between Rajendranagar, Maheshwaram, Bandlaguda and Ibrahimpatnam. 12 buses are being operated from every depot to these regions. ED Venkateswara Rao of TSRTC said that 230 buses are operated across 135 routes currently and they would take a call on resuming the city bus services in the next couple of days. Considering the convenience of the public, TSRTC is operating suburban and mofussil bus services currently. All the depot officials are alerted about the resumption of the services of all the routes of Telangana very soon. TSRTC will hold discussions with the APSRTC officials very soon to resume the inter state bus services. The discussions failed after several attempts in the recent times and the services are kept on hold from the past six months.
