67,151 New Coronavirus Cases and 1,059 New Deaths in India:- The cases of coronavirus in the country are not slowing down at any cost. A number of 67,151 new cases of coronavirus are registered in the country in the past 24 hours and 1059 people passed away due to the virus as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. The total number of coronavirus cases in the country reached 32,34,474 and 59,449 people passed away. 24,67,758 people recovered completely from coronavirus and the recovery rate in India stands at 76.29%. Maharashtra remains as the most impacted state in the country due to coronavirus pandemic.

New Delhi which calmed down witnessed 1544 new cases yesterday which is the highest spike in the past 40 days. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal chaired a high-level meeting with the officials and he said that the tests in the state would be doubled. Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh are the other states which registered huge number of cases. Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary got tested positive today and he took his twitter handle to inform the news. Telangana reported 3018 new cases of coronavirus in the state and total tally stands at 1,11,688 in the state with 25,685 active cases. 85,223 people recovered from coronavirus completely.

Kerala's Padmanabhaswamy temple is opened for public from today after it was closed since March. The temple will operate from 8 AM to 11 AM in the morning and from 5 PM to 8 PM in the evening for time being.
