60,975 New Coronavirus Cases in the Country:- The tally of new cases of coronavirus has been increasing on a regular basis. The country has been witnessing over 60,000 new cases every day which is a worrying factor. India saw 60,975 new cases of coronavirus in the country yesterday with 854 deaths in a single day. Maharashtra (6,93,398), Tamil Nadu (3,85,352), Andhra Pradesh (3,61,712), Karnataka (2,83,665), and Uttar Pradesh (1,92,382) are the most affected states of the country. The total cases of coronavirus in the country reached 31,67,323. The total number of active cases in the country stands at 7,04,348 and 24,04,585 people recovered from coronavirus in the country.

The death toll in India reached 58,390 and as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry, the total number of tests conducted in the country crossed 3.6 crore mark. The recovery rate in the country is currently over 75% and the fatality rate is at 1.85%. As per the reports, over 2.3 crore people are infected with the deadly coronavirus across the world. USA, Brazil and India are the most impacted countries of the globe. The coronavirus cases of Bengaluru crossed one lakh.

Minister of State for Civil Aviation (Independent Charge) Hardeep Singh Puri said that the air traffic across the country will increase from Diwali this year. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is tested positive with coronavirus last evening. Usain Bolt, the eight-time Olympic gold-winning sprinter is tested positive with coronavirus. The new unlock restrictions of the country will be released by the end of this month after Unlock 3.0 ends in August.
