Telangana to Develop the First Coronavirus Vaccine says KTR:- Telangana IT and Municipal Administration Minister KTR expressed his confidence that the first vaccine for coronavirus would be made from Telangana and in Hyderabad. Addressing a live debate today, KTR made these comments. Bharat Biotech is ahead in the race and is busy with the clinical trials for coronavirus vaccine. KTR paid his visit to the Xenom Valley's Bharat Biotech Vaccine Production Centre located in Hyderabad today. Bharat Biotech CMD Dr Krishna Yella and his wife Suchitra Yella were present during KTR's visit.

He participated in a live interaction with the employees of Bharat Biotech. "I am proud to say that Bharat Biotech is way ahead in developing a vaccine for coronavirus. Telangana will emerge as the first-ever state to get a vaccine for coronavirus very soon. I am confident that the vaccine would be available for Hyderabad. India plays a crucial role in developing vaccines as we have massive production units. Hyderabad emerged as a hub for developing vaccines" said KTR. Several vaccines completed their first phase of clinical trials and entered the second phase.
