Kulbhushan Jadhav Granted Second Consular Access:- India got a second consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav after the Indian officials arrived at the foreign office of Pakistan. India got the first consular access for Kulbhushan Jadhav in September 2019. Indian Deputy High Commissioner (DHC) Gaurav Ahluwalia met Kulbhushan Jadhav in Islamabad for two hours. He was under extreme pressure for the false narrative.

Pakistan Military Court sentenced death to Kulbhushan Jadhav. He refused to file a review plea and he wanted to rely completely on the mercy petition. India responded for this and said that Pakistan coerced Kulbhushan Jadhav to refuse and it was not his decision. India said that Pakistan cannot follow the ICJ rules in the sprint and letters.
