Tirumala Darshan Starts From June 11th Says TTD:- The prestigious Tirumala temple was left closed because of the coronavirus outbreak from the past couple of months. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) said that the Lord Venkateswara temple will be opened for the public from June 11th. TTD Chairman SV Subba Reddy himself announced the news today. A high-level meeting was chaired after which the decision was made. Before this, the Tirumala darshan will start from June 8th for the employees of TTD and their families which is a trial darshan.

TTD is expecting large crowds in the coming days and they decided to implement all the guidelines of social distancing and other rules strictly. All the children below 10 years and people above 65 years will not be allowed into the temple premises till the coronavirus scare calms down. The online ticket bookings will open soon. The manual ticket booking will start at the Alipiri entrance from June 11th. Every devotee should pass through thermal screening at the Alipiri gate and all those who report with a temperature above the limit will not be permitted. Entrance to Srivari Mettu and Pushkarini will remain closed for some more time informed TTD.
