Telangana Government To Deploy Retired Army Officials:- The number of coronavirus cases in Telangana is increasing every day. The state government is now in the hunt for more force of officials to tackle the situation. In this crisis time, the government of Telangana requested the retired officials of police, excise, army and paramilitary to serve the state in this crisis time. The heads of all these departments and forces already requested to produce the details about the retired officials. Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar requested all the heads of the retired officials to serve the state voluntarily in this coronavirus crisis.

All the officials of various departments of the state are informed. Almost 10,000 retired officials are expected to join the service in the coming weeks. Most of them will act as volunteers to assist and support the patients and other management related to coronavirus. The officials also said that the government is in plans to utilize the support of NCC Cadets to serve them during the lockdown period. It is the Telangana cabinet that took the decision after which the Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar requested all the heads to serve the people.
