Centre Sanctions Rs 15000 Cr To Fight Coronavirus:- The Centre today sanctioned Rs 15,000 crores to the states to battle against coronavirus. As per the official records, 166 people passed away in the country till date and the entire country is under lockdown. Rs 7774 crores will be used for coronavirus emergency response and the rest of the amount will be used for medium-term support that would be provided under mission mode. The development of diagnostics, dedicated treatment facilities, procurement of the medical needs, drugs, equipment, build a state health system to prevent coronavirus. The lockdown of India will complete by April 14th.

With all the states busy fighting against the virus, the Centre now announced a fund to support the states. Before this, the Reserve Bank of India said in its Monetary Policy Report that the outlook for the economic recovery is altered by coronavirus outbreak. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in plans to extend the lockdown. Though this may hamper the economic growth of the country, the Centre is keen to prevent the spread of the virus and save the lives of the people rather than counting about the financial assessments.
