Kavitha To Be Inducted Into KCR's Cabinet?:- Kalvakuntla Kavitha received a rude shock after she lost in the Parliament polls despite of the TRS wave in the polls. She has been idle and is away from active politics from some time. The latest news is that her name was referred for Legislative Assembly. Her name was referred by the party and it is almost official that she would be elected as a MLC. Telangana Chief Minister KCR is in plans to induct Kavitha into the state cabinet once she gets elected to as MLC for the state.

An official announcement would be made on this today. MLC Bhupathi Reddy has been suspended and the position is vacant from some time. Kavitha will take charge for the next 22 months. A Narsa Reddy, Muzeeb, Narsinga Rao, E Ganga Reddy are the aspirants for the role but KCR is said to have offered it to K Kavitha. KCR discussed it with Minister Prashanth Reddy and MLAs, MLCs after which the decision was taken. Though there are talks that Kavitha will be sent to Rajya Sabha it did not happen.

Kavitha is said to file her nomination soon and the election is said to one-sided as the house has complete majority of TRS legislators. Soon after Kavitha gets elected as MLC, she would be inducted into KCR's cabinet.
