Chandra Babu's Wife Donates Golden Bangles for Amaravati Protests:- With the announcement of three capitals for Andhra Pradesh, there are massive protests from Amaravati farmers. TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu met the farmers and expressed his support for their protest. On Wednesday, Chandra Babu's wife Bhuvaneswari contributed her gold bangles for the ongoing protest by the farmers who demanded Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Chandra Babu Naidu asked the farmers to conduct an auction for the bangles and raise money for their protests.

Bhuvaneswari joined Chandra Babu Naidu in a one-day protest in Amaravati and she interacted with the farmers of the region. Bhuvaneswari who heads Heritage Foods never participated in any political meetings but for the first time she stepped out to protest to support the farmers of Amaravati who donated their lands for the construction of new capital for Andhra Pradesh. Chandra Babu Naidu before this called off the New Year celebrations as a show of solidarity with the farmers. They are protesting from 15 days and farmers from 29 villages from Amaravati region are participating in the protests.
