Kalvakuntla Kavitha to Contest in Polls Again:- TRS circles are in a state of deep shock after KCR's daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha lost from Nizamabad Lok Sabha segment during the polls. BJP candidate Dharmapuri Aravind won with record majority and KCR's family is left in huge shock. KCR's close aides and supporters wanted a prominent place for Kalvakuntla Kavitha in the party or sent her as an MP from Rajya Sabha.

But the latest update is that Kalvakuntla Kavitha will test her luck once again and this time as an MLA. PCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy who represents Huzurnagar Assembly segment won as an MP from Nalgonda recently. Hence there would be a by-election from Huzurnagar in six months. There are talks that Kalvakuntla Kavitha will contest from this Assembly constituency in the upcoming polls. An official announcement will be made after the Election Commission announces the dates for the polls.
