ED Says That 36 Indian Businessmen Flew From The Country

ED Says That 36 Indian Businessmen Flew From The Country:- The Enforcement Directorate yesterday rejected the bail plea of Sushen Mohan Gupta who is a defence agent arrested in Agusta Westland choppers scam. The ED on this occasion revealed that over 36 businessmen floew from the country and had criminal cases on them. Arvind Kumar, special judge revealed the news. It is said that businessmen like Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi, Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi and Sandesara brothers left the country and the ED is working hard to extradite them back.

Sushen Mohan Gupta's dairies are recovered and the ED is trying hard to figure out the meaning of RG. ED revealed that Sushen Mohan Gupta has been influencing the other witnesses in this case and the court rejected Sushen Mohan Gupta's bail petition. The next hearing is scheduled for April 20th. Sushen Mohan Gupta was arrested by ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. There are talks that Sushen Mohan Gupta has Rs 3600 crores purchase deal under his possession in th deal of Agusta Westland VVIP Choppers scam.
