Kiran Bedi Likely To Be The New Governor For Telugu States:- ESL Narasimhan was appointed as the Governor of united Andhra Pradesh in 2009 and his term was extended after BJP took charge. He continued as the Governor for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana after bifurcation. AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu several times raised complaints that Narasimhan's work was completely in favour of Telangana and he ignored AP. Chandra Babu wrote letters to the Centre regarding the replacement of Governor but received no response.

With Parliament elections approaching soon, the latest news we hear is that IPS officer and Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Kiran Bedi is considered for the Governor of Telugu states. However it is still unclear if Kiran Bedi will be appointed as the Governor for two states or for the single state. Kiran Bedi has been associated with BJP from sometime and we have to wait for an official announcement about the new Governor.
