Now, A Sri Lankan Woman Enters Sabarimala Temple:- Two women entered Sabarimala temple recently which triggered enough violence across Kerala. Now a 46-year-old Sri Lankan woman entered Sabarimala temple and the Kerala cops provided protection for her. Sasikala from Sri Lanka entered the temple through the steps and visited the temple at 9.30 PM last night. Sasikala was not stopped by anyone and she returned back to Pampa by 11 PM. She submitted the documents proving her age and completed all the formalities before she paid her visit.

Sasikala is a Sri Lankan citizen and she was given enough protection during her visit. It was on January 2nd, two women Bindu and Kanakadurga entered the temple and soon the video went viral across the internet. The head priest closed the temple and performed purification rituals after their visit. Women in menstruating age were barred from entering the temple premises after which the Supreme Court in September lifted the age restriction allowing women of all ages to enter the temple.
