KCR to Retain Power says PSE Poll: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) dissolved the Telangana Assembly eight months in advance and is heading for Assembly elections in Telangana which are announced for December 7th. A recent survey revealed that KCR is all set to retain the power in the state and TRS is said to sweep the elections. As per the Political Stock Exchange (PSE) of a national media organization, 75% of them said that they would vote for TRS. PSE is an innovation in analysing the polls. They also keep a weekly track of the political pulse which is a rare case.

PSE poll was conducted across 17 Parliamentary constituencies in Telangana through telephone interviews with 6877 numbers. Most of them expressed that the early dissolution of the Assembly was the major reason for KCR to retain the power in the state. TRS got a lead in all the constituencies. The welfare schemes introduced by KCR too have went well with the people. TRS leaders have been campaigning immensely across the state and are racing ahead. KCR who is on a break will start his campaign from November 12th. The rest of the candidates too will be announced by this weekend.
