Revanth Reddy Turns Telangana Congress Working President:- Telangana firebrand leader Revanth Reddy made his moves towards Congress after he found no future in TDP. He has been promised a prominent place in the party after which he joined Congress in the presence of Rahul Gandhi. With elections heading early in Telagana, AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi shifted his focus towards the state. Revanth Reddy has been appointed as the Working President of Congress in Telangana along with Ponnam Prabhakar. The duo will be working together as the Working Presidents. Nine other supplementary committees have been formed in which all the prominent leaders have been assigned crucial roles.

Congress incharge Khuntia appointed crucial positions and ex-Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy has been appointed as the Convenor of the party. V Hanumantha Rao, M Sashidhar Reddy, Damodara Raja Narasimha and Mallu Bhattivikramarka have been assigned prominent roles in various committees. Several senior leaders have been left surprised after the high command selected Revanth Reddy as the Working President even after having several leaders with vast experience. Rahul Gandhi believes that Revanth Reddy can take the party to the next level with his vocals alone.
