Voting For 222 Constituencies Underway In Karnataka:- The Assembly elections in Karnataka turned out to be the talk of the country. With BJP and Congress campaigning all over, there seems to be a tough fight between the national parties and the whole country is now looking towards the Karnataka elections. The D day has come and the election kick-started in 222 constituencies in the state. No party in the state won for the second time in a row in Karnataka since 1985. Ex Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda is said to play a key role in the elections revealed surveys.

Karnataka has 4.98 crore voters with 2.52 crore men voters and 2.44 crore women. Over 55,600 polling stations have been set up and 3.5 lakh people will be on election duty in the state. While Congress is in plans to retain the power, BJP is in plans to dethrone Congress and take the lead in the state. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigned across several constituencies while BJP Chief Amit Shah has been in the state from the past one month.
