Top Firms To Set Up Universities In Telangana:- Telangana has been racing ahead in development and the government is keen on rural as well as the urban development of the state. The latest news we hear is that the new state is slowly turning out to be an investment hub for industries and IT companies. Now we hear that Telangana is turning out to be a destination for setting up universities by top firms. Hyderabad and the surroundings will soon turn out as a potential education hub and the government is keen on passing a bill in the state's assembly for private universities.

Reliance, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Global University Systems (GUS) expressed their interest in setting up private universities with international standards in the state. With some biggies lined up, Telangana government believes that the students will have enhanced career opportunities. The land and other requirements are yet to be announced by the government and it is said to have given free hand on the choice of the professional courses being offered. An expert committee will be set up and will submit a detailed report after which the Telangana government will take a final call.
