Chandra Babu Calls NDA A Quit: Union Ministers To Submit Resignation:- TDP which has been leading Andhra Pradesh and supported BJP during the past elections called it a quit with the NDA alliance finally and the two Union ministers Ashok Gajapathi Raju, YS Chowdary will submit their resignation today after BJP failed to keep their promises regarding the Special Status Category for the state. TDP is the second part that walked out from National Democratic Alliance after Shiva Sena. Babu clarified that people of AP are more important than anyone for him and with BJP not in a mood to save AP, TDP will not be a part of the alliance.

Babu said that the complete exit from NDA will take place in next phase and we are waiting for the response of BJP. Narendra Modi has been informed about the resignations of Ashok Gajapathi Raju, YS Chowdary and Babu said that they have been patiently waiting for BJP to support the state which never happened. Babu also reminded that he has been to New Delhi 29 times but did not receive any positive response from the national party and the Centre. Babu said that he is not in a mood to speak about third front currently and his current concern is the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Chandra Babu tweeted saying "The Centre has been taking one sided decisions and our patience has run out now. When the purpose of joining the union cabinet hasn’t been fulfilled, it’s best to resign now. I am not angry with anyone. This decision has been taken only to benefit the people of Andhra Pradesh. I tried reaching out to the Prime Minister to inform him about our decision. But sadly, he was unavailable. It's a crucial time. We have to stand, we have to fight, we have to get it done".
