Narendra Modi Gets A Legal Notice In YS Jagan's Case:- YSRCP Chief YS Rajasekhar Reddy has been facing allegations in the illegal assets case. The Mauritius government now sent a legal notice to India addressing the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The country has been dragged to the International court of justice regarding the Indu Tech Zone investments in the country. Indu Tech zone IT SEZ has been planned in Hyderabad. Carissa Investments LLC from Mauritius holds 49% of the stake in Indu Tech Zone which has been owned by Indu Shyam Prasad Reddy.

The project never took off because of the land scam. Shyam Prasad Reddy mortgaged the land to raise loans. Soon along with YS Jagan, Shyam Prasad Reddy too has been charge sheeted by CBI and Enforcement Directorate in various cases. It is then Carissa Investments approached Mauritius government after which it issues notices to the Indian Prime Minister saying that the country failed to keep their promise on the bilateral investments.
