Vijayashanti Meets Rahul Gandhi: Gets Assured Position:- Veteran actress Vijayashanti who made her ways towards politics could not sustain in TRS due to the political differences. She then shifted her base to Congress and was defeated badly during the 2014 elections. She has been inactive in politics from the past three years and now after a long break, she aims a comeback. She recently met the party’s Telangana incharge Kunthiya in the presence of PCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy. Vijayashanti announced that she is coming back to active politics.

Now after couple of days, Vijayashanti met Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi last evening. She has been promised crucial roles in Canvassing Committee along with AICC Secretary. Vijayashanti will soon announce her comeback and she is currently meeting many senior Congress leaders. Ever since Revanth Reddy joined Congress, the political activities have been on swing and Congress seems to be coming back to the top informed political analysts.
