Drug Mafia Shifts Towards Politicians:- Hyderabad witnessed drug alerts several times in the past and this time it alerted the complete state of Telangana. The recent drug mafia busted out revealed the names of many celebrities involved. Along with these, many school students and colleges turned out to be the target for drug peddlars. The Telangana government along with the Excise department has been left in deep shock after coming to know that the drugs have been badly circulated in the city. Some of the Tollywood celebrities too have been involved in the list of the drug consumers. Excise Commissioner Akun Sabarwal has been given utmost freedom by Telangana Chief Minister KCR after which many celebrities have been issued notices.
Ravi Teja, Puri Jagannadh, Charmee, Mumaith Khan, Navdeep, Tarun, Nandu, Tanish, Syam K Naidu, Chinna, Subba Raju and others have been summoned and asked to appear before Special Investigaiton Team (SIT) from today. Several schedules have been planned and the investigation will take place personally with one at a time. There are some other celebrities who are yet to be served notices. Along with these, there are talks that some other celebrities have been completely ignored and for this the focus has been shifted towards Tollywood.
An inside source revealed that there are several other involved who have been invovled into politics and other businesses. Several sons of businessmen and politicians too have been taking drugs from the past few years and they have been completely ignored. Several Tollywood celebrities too have been questioning the government why the focus is only on Tollywood instead of other celebrities. There are talks that a list of other celebrities too is being prepared and notices will be issued soon. The other talk is that they have been completely ignored after the Telangana government pressurized the Excise department. We have to wait and see what happens next.
