Terror Attack At Ariana Grande Concert In Manchester:- In a devastating attack, around 19 people have been confirmed dead at the end of a pop concert by US Star Ariana Grande.

The incident occurred in Manchester in northwest England and is being considered a terrorist incident, says Manchester Police. A fleet of ambulances were seen rushing to the venue and bomb disposal teams were dispatched soon after, as city residents opened up their homes, to stranded concert-goers after the train services were shut down. They further sent messages with the hashtag #RoomforManchester.

Moreover, the eye-witnesses reported a “huge-bomb like bang” and scenes of panic, as young fans fled the venue.

The police said in a statement that, “By far, 19 people have been confirmed dead, with around 50 others injured. The incident currently is being treated as a terrorist attack, until police know otherwise.”

According to a representative, there was a mass panic attack after the explosion at the end of the concert. The concert was part of Grande’s The Dangerous Woman Tour. However, the singer did not suffer any injuries.

Another musician Gary Walker from Leeds who was with his wife waiting for their daughters to come out said, The first unconfirmed reports of an explosion emerged shortly after 2145 GMT on Monday. “We heard the last song go and then suddenly there was a massive flash and then a bang and smoke.” Walker said he was hit by shrapnel in his foot while his wife sustained a stomach wound. Whereas Emmerdale  TV show star Isabel Hodgins, who had been attending the concert, said “Everybody was panicking, there was pushing up the stairs.”

Hodgins stated that “The corridor was full, it smelled of burning, there was quite a lot of smoke as we were leaving. “It is just shocking and we just feel very shaken up. We are just lucky to have gotten away safely.”

Another concertgoer Majid Khan (22), who was attending the concert with his sister said “A huge bomb-like bang went off that hugely panicked everyone and we were all trying to flee the arena”.

Calvin Welsford (18), from Bristol told the BBC: “It almost sounded like a gunshot”. “I looked around and people were just spilling down, heading out of the building”. “I was actually having an asthma attack. It was sheer panic,” he said.

Several media outlets reported that there had been two explosions from within the 21,000 capacity venue.

Manchester Arena, the largest indoor arena in Europe, opened in 1995 and is a popular concert and sporting venue.
