Krishna Pushkaralu: Pilgrims waste huge food

The prestigious Krishna Pushkaralu started on August 12th in Andhra Pradesh and Vijayawada witnessed massive crowds right from the first day. The government has taken enough steps to provide minimum facilities for the pilgrims that came from all round the country. Considering massive crowds around 55 voluntary organizations have been spotted serving vegetable biryani, tomato rice, lemon rice, sambar rice and curd rice for the people.

Considering the holiday season, these organizations served food however a report revealed that most of the food has been dumped into the bins. Most of the piligrims have taken excessive food packets and dumped them without making them empty. This has been a poor act from the pilgrims.
