Warangal bypolls: TRS, BJP, Congress candidates got ready

All the opted candidates from the big parties, are awaiting the upcoming Warangal bypolls and already started conducting the political campaigns.

As known Pasunuri Dayakar is opted as the candidate to contest in Warangal by polls from TRS. Along with him, Siricilla Rajaiah from Congress and NRI Dr. Devaiah, are selected as the candidates, to contest in Warangal bypolls.

Regarding this, Pasunuri Dayakar and Siricilla Rajaiah have already filed the nominations yesterday, for the bypoll on November 21 st.

On the other side, as Warangal seat went for the BJP, after it joined hands with TDP in 2014 elections, several internal discussions are held between TDP and BJP officials and decided that, NRI Devaiah would be the suitable candidate for the position. Devaiah is a doctor by profession and is even identified for doing the social service.

Along with the above candidates, another three independent candidates too filed their nominations for the bypoll, an official release stated. November 7 is the last date for withdrawal of the candidature, while counting the votes, would be held on November 24th.

Speaking about the bypolls, Chief Electoral Officer, Bhanwar Lal earlier said, “As of now the total number of registered voters in the constituency is 14,75,311, but the electoral roll would be updated by November 4th, which is the last date for filing of the  nominations.

More chances for Pasunuri Dayakar in Warangal bypolls

Pasunuri Dayakar already had a good following in Telangana. He played an active role,  even during the fight for the separate state Telangana. Even NRI Devaiah from BJP party had a good fame in Warangal, for conducting the social service and also involving in several public welfare programmes.

It seems the chances are more for Pasunuri to win in the elections, as Telangana government is backing him and people have already developed a sentiment towards Telangana and not in a mood to spare Andhrite. So it should be seen, whether the same sentiment still continues in Warangal bypolls or not.
