Telangana Chief Minister KCR is all set to invite Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for ‘Chandi Yagam’, to be performed in KCR’s farm house.

After months of tough rivalry between the KCR and Naidu, Amaravati stone laying ceremony, has witnessed the friendship of both the CMs. Even KCR has got a grand welcome by the AP people in the state.

But now as the GHMC elections are nearing, many felt that, the same old criticisms might take place between the duo.

But on the contrary, KCR is performing Chandi Yagam from December 23rd and regarding this, he already invited President Pranab Mukherjee on his recent visit to Delhi. Now, he is about to invite Naidu too for the occasion.   
   
However, the occasion is somewhere in December last week, and the GHMC elections fire would end up in November. So the political analysts say that, there would not be any disturbance for the elections, as there is a good gap between Yagam and elections.

In the past, When Telangana government was formed in the state, oppositions made  several criticisms on KCR, for not inviting Naidu for KCR’s swearing in ceremony as the Chief Minister of the state.

But if KCR invites for Chandi Yagam now, it would be the first official public meet of both the Chief Ministers in Telangana state.

As KCR received a grand welcome in AP, if Naidu receives the similar type of response from the Telangana people, it would turn as an insult for KCR, as Naidu is once a CM of the state.

Adding to that, if Naidu is given an opportunity to talk, he would not end his speech, without uttering about Hyderabad and the way he developed it. If that happens, the situations might again take a new turn and raise several controversies.
 
So, it should be seen, what strategy KCR plays in inviting Naidu for Chandi Yagam. Meanwhile, KCR would announce the party candidate for Warangal bypolls.
