Two girls’ suicide case: Kadapa bandh today

YSRCP chief called for a ‘bandh’ today in Kadapa, reacting against the AP government, for maintaining mum on the issue of two inter college girls suicide issue.

Rishiteshwari suicide case is still carrying on its investigation, Ghanta ordered for strict rules for ragging. The heat of Rishiteshwari case is still continuing and meanwhile, another two girls committed suicide in Kadapa hostel.

Inter girls suicide: Doubts on suicide note

The two girls Nandini and Manisha are studying intermediate in Narayana College in Kadapa. However, unlike Rishiteshwari case, the two girls committed suicide in the evening 4.30 pm on Monday, as they were reportedly unable to cope up with the pressure to perform well in the studies.

Regarding this, the two girls even left a suicide note in the hostel room, which read: “We both are best friends, as we are unable to tackle the high pressure, we are committing suicide.”
   
However, the parents and relatives of both the students are not in a position to believe this, and said that college management is hiding something and also suspecting that, it was ragging. The parents of the students attacked the college and destroyed the furniture over there.

Inter girls suicide: Naidu has share in Narayana college - YS Jagan

Responding on this, YS Jagan said, “Though AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is in Kadapa district, while the incident took place, he not even came forward to console the parents. He is still maintaining mum on the issue, as he has a share in Narayana College.”

Jagan further said that till date there are 11 suicides committed in Narayana College and Naidu is silent on all the issues. Regarding this, Jagan demanded a strong explanation from the AP government and also called for a bandh in Kadapa for today.
     
Whatever be the reasons, committing suicide is an utmost daring step. When you are daring to take that dangerous step, why not face the life, which is obviously lesser danger than suicide. Think well, you will get the answer.
