Cash for vote: KCR to be cornered after charge sheet - Revanth Reddy

“I am not going to spare KCR at any cost, I will fight till he gets down from CM seat,” said Revanth Reddy, Telangana MLA from Kodangal.

It is known that Revanth Reddy was red handedly caught in the cash for vote scandal, bribing the Telangana nominated MLA Stephenson, during the Telangana MLC elections. He was put in jail for a few days and later awarded bail as per his petition.

During his jail tenure, he was investigated by the ACB officials several times. Along with him, other leaders Sebastian, Udaya Simha are also found to be alleged in cash for vote scandal. However Matthaiah is the accused number four in the cash for vote, but he came out after a gap.

After completing several enquiries and investigations on all the accused, the court granted bail to them, on the condition to support for the investigation of cash for vote case, in the future.

For next 25 years, I am the only MLA for Kodangal - Revanth Reddy  

On the other hand, reacting on the cash for vote case, Revanth Reddy said, Telangana government planned cornered me in the case intentionally. After filing the charge sheet, the actual side of the case will be known, I will continue to be elected as an MLA for Kodangal for the next 25 years,” Revanth Reddy said.

Regarding this, the ACB officials applied for supplementary summons in the court. After taking the ACB charge sheet into consideration, the officials are planning to send the supplementary summons to the court. After such filing, Revanth Reddy is again expected to be present opposite ACB.
