SC cancels petition against Revanth Reddy’s bail

The Supreme Court has cancelled the ACB officials petition, which was filed against the Revanth Reddy’s bail.

After the release of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, who was alleged to be involved in cash for vote scam, it is known that the ACB officials had filed a petition against the bail. in the Supreme Court, as they felt that Revanth might manipulate the evidence of the case, when he is left out.

Regarding this, after the proper analysis, the court cancelled the petition of ACB officials, saying that there is no such valid reason in it.

So the biggest hope for the ACB officials, who are continuously trying to target Revanth, is also lost. So it would be interesting to know that, what would be the further step of the officials.

On the other side, it was known that, Revanth Reddy, who was granted the bail by the High Court, was ordered to support for the ACB investigation, whenever he was called for, and he is not supposed to travel out of Kodangal and Hyderabad.

Andhrawishesh view:

As of now, there is no such gesture regarding the case from Revanth Reddy after the release. But if at all, he tries to apply the political tricks, then it would be a strong point for the ACB officials to legally move forward against him.
