“Governor Narasimhan is supporting the TRS party, which is carrying on the activities against the constitution,” says congress senior leader and former MLA Marri Shashidhar Reddy.
On Wednesday, Reddy wrote a letter to the Governor complaining about his behavior. Starting with the words, “due to my fair family background, I am not able to use the controversial language”, he kept on commenting the Governor through the letter.
Key points in the letter:
"Talasani Srinivas Yadav has contested in the 2014 elections through TDP and won as an MLA for Sanath Nagar. But it was you who made him to swear in, through the TRS government. So both the Telangana government and Talasani omitted the rule of the constitution."

"So being a governor, it is your duty to take an action on the people, who omitted the constitution rules. Keeping that aside, it is pathetic to say that you are supporting them."
"According to the rule, Talasani has to be ineligible to enter into the parliament and as he swore in as a minister on December 16th, he cannot continue in the power for more than six months according to the constitutional rules. But even omitting those rules, he is still continuing in the power, but you are unable to take any action on him."
"It would be fair and good, if you at least react to the situation immediately and throw Talasani out, otherwise, I do not mind reacting against you for omitting the constitutional rules being a governor," Marri warned.
It is said that, Governor is positive towards the TRS government from the beginning and that might be the reason for him to be silent in the case of section 8 implementation in Hyderabad. This in fact is killing the ego of AP government and is thus targeting him every now and then.
But however, it is a governor’s responsibility to safeguard the constitutional rules. Hope Narasimhan would be aware of it and follows it from now on.
