More compensation to farmers than Hudhud victims

Among the fans and party leaders, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu celebrated his 65th birthday grandly. At Ananthapur, he was in involved in celebrations amidst of local residents and was showered with their blessings.

Warning to reckless contractors :

After cutting the heavy cake, he thanked everyone and speaking on the occasion, he said that government has a very good clarity regarding the projects and it was heard that few of the contractors were not in a position to hear to government, the consequences are going to be severe in the future if any kind of negligence is observed regarding the work, i will make them work in presence of police too if the situations are that worse, he warned.

He further said that he do not mind making few reforms in the projects for completing it soon. On Monday, he observed the project works of Neeru-Chettu and Handrineeva and took a look over the crops that are damaged due to the recent rains in the Ananthapur district.

Godavari to Rayalaseema

AP CM asked the local residents of Ananthapur to be the part of developmental activities of the government. He said that almost 3000 TMC water is wasted at Godavari regularly, to preserve that water, he assured to divert 1000 TMC of that water to Rayalaseema. If it is necessary, he will even be ready to use the entire water using the small lifts, and within coming 4 years, scarcity of water will nowhere be observed again the state, he said. 

He assured all the farmers to provide more compensation than the Hudhud victims, to all the farmers who lost their crops in the recent rains.
