Conglomerates of Singapore in Andhra Capital

Conglomerates of Singapore are now busy in preparing their plans to make their debut into the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. As the first phase of Master plan has been finished, top players of Lion City are very keen to test their luck in the Capital city.

Singapore’s Finance Minister, S. Eeswaran told that they are paying the efforts to accomplish the project before the deadline. Sources told that Singapore Government is going hand in hand with Andhra Pradesh Government. This strengthens the murmur that more Singapore based multinationals will find their way here.

As per the deal IE-Singapore (International Enterprises) is supposed to prepare the master plan. But going against it, IE has reportedly given the task to two other companies named Surbana International consultants and Jurong consultants.

Earlier, the government has decided to form seven development corridors. Now, the master plan demonstrates the places to form the corridors and the fields that deserve the corridors. Two Corridors will be placed in Machilipatnam - Hyderabad route. One of the corridors (Nandigama) is intended for Pharmacy, Biotech, Plastic, and Packaging fields’ development.

One corridor in Gudiwada aims to develop eco-friendly industries and Aqua culture. Same way, two more corridors are to be formed in Vizag-Chennai route, out of which Gannavaram Corridor is meant for Information Technology, Electronics/Hardware, Automotive, and Aerospace Industries. Tenali Corridor looks after Logistics, Tourism, and Entertainment Industries. Sattenapalli Corridor develops Tourism and Knowledge Centers.

Apart from these, areas in around Nujiwidu, Gudiwada, Tenali, Sattenapalli, Nandigama, Guntur will be moderated as towns and townships. Lands for those who come forward to found industries will be allotted as per 99 year lease system. Along with these, high speed train tracks will be laid in the Capital region. Regional express ways will connect Guntur-Tenali and Gannavaram-Nandigama.

Outer Express way also will be laid connecting Machilipatnam-Chilakaluri Peta- Narsaraopeta-Sattenpalli-Nandigama-Eluru .
