Not for Power, it is for the people, says Power Star Pawan Kalyan

Tollywood Power star Pawan Kalyan, who founded Jana Sena Party last year visited many villages yesterday, in which farmers in hundreds have voluntarily donated their lands for Capital. After discussing with them, Pawan Kalyan became emotional, while addressing the people.

He suggested the government to be instrumental in enriching people’s lives. ‘It's okay to build a prestigious capital. But not at the cost of people's lives’, he commented. The farmers are not ready to lose their lands which will reap the harvest thrice a year, he added. He said that the movement is for the people, not for the power.

He said that he is not against to any politician in person nor have personal conflicts with anyone. He hinted that the development should be split equally.

‘One should notice that the land acquired for building our capital is wider than Singapore’, he said. ‘Many ministers claimed that 90 percent of the farmers have voluntarily donated their lands. What will be the farmers’ source of income, if not agriculture? He questioned the government. He said that he requested Mr. Modi that the bifurcation should not divide people. He recollected goreti venkanna's palle kanneeru pedutondi. He even said that he will be behind bars, if protest. He said that he is not preaching the Government to change its protocols from the root level. He asked what will be the farmers’ future, if TDP doesn’t come into the power the next time.

Below are his remaining points:

• When will the capital develop, if we pool the lands from 32 thousand acres? Has anyone estimated the pros and cons of land pooling?

• Just because, Mr. Chandra Babu's governance is good, I gave support to him in elections.

• I am not against to land pooling. But how the government is operating the whole is important. Government should give some kind of assurance to the farmers.

• The bifurcation has not been done in a proper way and the leaders from both states are responsible for that.

• People in India depend a lot on agriculture.

• Govt need to increase the package.

• It’s the leaders who are committing the mistakes and people are getting the wrath of that.

• We should get rid of some crab minds.

• Singapore is known for its commitment leadership and India for corruption, at large scale.

• Singapore's Government is its biggest asset.

• It took 25 long years to build Singapore's capital.

• Villages are the back bones for India. Hence they should not be left behind.

• A special committee should be deployed for the three villages.

• Modi's land pooling forgot few sectors.

• Top Bureaucrats can lose the land, but definitely not the farmers.

• 40 percent of the coastal area in Andhra Pradesh is in one hand.

• There is no use of fighting against SEZs.

• Andhra Pradesh should fight for a separate statehood and if it won’t happen, then that is the BJP’s biggest failure.
