As the Exit Polls predictions, the Delhi voters gave their judgment in favour of Aam Aadmi Party. Counting of votes have begun at 8 AM this morning and the complete results are expected by 12:30 PM. According to the early reports, Arvind Kejriwal led AAP is likely to get clear majority while BJP would settle for the second and main opposition in the Delhi Assembly.
The celebrations have already begun at Aam Aadmi Party. The supporters and party workers are pouring down at office with the yet-to-be landslide victory. On the other BJP leaders are quite and the office looks completely dull. Yet again, these results are worst for Congress which is limited to single digit.
AAP has done exceptionally well when compared to the 2013 elections. Their vote share has increased unexpectedly and it was Congress party which was the main victim while BJP too had to face the heat. It is also a huge blow to the Saffron party falling from the single largest party in 2013 to second place.
So Kejriwal is all set to sweep the Delhi for next five years.
