Supreme's ultimatum to BCCI, Srinivasan

The Supreme Court on Tuesday gave ultimatum to Board of Control for Cricket in India [BCCI] and also to N Srinivasan. The apex court gave four options to BCCI and act upon it, and also questioned why a stern action can't be taken against Srinivasan's son-in-law Meiyappan in the IPL Spot Fixing case.

The options given to Srinivasan were:

1. Srinivasan to withdraw from BCCI
2. New committee should be formed to take action against those named by the Mudgal panel
3. BCCI governing council should take action
4. Mudgal panel should take action.

Also Supreme Court objected Srinivasan's presence in Tamil Nadu Cricket Association meeting despite stepping down from the administrative positions. While on the other hand, the ICC Chairman has accepted that it was a mistake to attend the meetings.
