Tamil Nadu Ex CM Jayalalitha has been in jail for being alleged in Disproportionate Assets case. Karnataka High Court has denied her bail plea and Jayalalitha has appealed for the bail in the Supreme Court. Finally there has some relief for this Ex Chief minister and today Supreme Court has granted bail for Jayalalitha and her three associates. Jaya is currently in Banglore Central Prison and she will walk out from the jail after completing the bail formalities.

The Supreme Court asked Jayalalithaa, Sasikala and Sudhakaran to produce two Strong sureties for the satisfaction of the trial judge before releasing from the jail on bail. Supreme Court also warned the AIADMK activists and party members to stop personal criticism and violence.  It also mentioned that the complete set of required documents should be submitted before December 18th and if Jayalalitha fails to submit them, she will be sent back to jail. Jayalalitha will be released today soon after the formalities get wrapped up.
