Joint Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, ESL Narasimhan's attempt to settle things between two states has finally reached a climax as Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao have agreed to hold discussions to sort out the differences. Yesterday at Raj Bhavan, Governor Narasimhan has organised a tea party to both the chief ministers and after the event, he held a small meeting with Babu and KCR for half-an-hour.
The meeting concluded on a good note as KCR and Babu accepted Narasimhan's proposal of “sit and talk” to bring a solution to all the issues. However, the date of their official meeting has not been decided yet and sources say that it will be decided in couple of days. Fees reimbursement, power distribution and many issues brought big gap between Andhra and Telangana governments and also complaints poured down at Governor's door and Central government's steps.
Governor and Central government have made all the attempts to bring both the chief ministers together but weren't successful. Finally Narasimhan's mediation paid off. Anyways we have to see what will be the result of talks between Chandrababu Naidu and KCR.
