With election notification being out, political parties in Telangana region have intensified their election campaign. Telugu Desam Party [TDP] kick started the campaign in Warangal yesterday while the Congress is planning to rope Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

The Telangana PCC chief Ponnala has asked the Congress high command to visit the Telangana region and give moral boost the party cadre. Following the request, Sonia has confirmed her and son Rahul visits however the venues are yet to be decided.

Rahul will campaign on 13th of this month while Sonia will come after three days i.e, on 16th . With getting confirmation of top Congress leaders, Telangana Congress leaders are planning for massive arrangements for the campaign.

In the previous two occasions, Sonia and Rahul have successfully pulled the crowd and managed to get votes but now the circumstances are completely different. Shockingly none of the Congress leaders have asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to visit the state this time.
