Vizag MP Daggubati Purandeswari has decided to quit the Congress party and take up the Bharatiya Janata Party flag. Puandeswari has assembled with supporters today morning in Vizag along with her husband and in this meeting she came to a decision of joining BJP.
In the view of bifurcation, Congress has lost its glory in Vizag and even Purandeswari realized this, so to extend her political career Purandeswari has been brainstorming a lot for the past couple of months. Also Purandeswari is in no mood to leave the Vizag constituency as the city is in the race of capital place for the residuary Andhra Pradesh. She is likely to contest again from Vizag.
From the reliable sources we hear that Purandeswari will be flying to Delhi today and will meet top BJP leaders tomorrow and in their presence, she might join BJP. This will boost the BJP in the Seemandhra region which has been lacking with a reputed leader since a decade.
