The Union Home Ministry has released Gazette on the AP State Reorganization Bill 2014.  

Surprisingly the Government announcement through Gazette is released without mentioning of appointed day for Telangana State.  

That means it is acknowledged that Telangana state is made but the starting day is kept pending for the reason best known to the Government.
