The Union Minister Jairam Ramesh stated in the media conference at Delhi that the Andhra Pradesh Reorganizational Bill 2013 can be expected to reach AP Assembly on Monday.

Jairam Ramesh said that the Brijesh Kumar Tribunal will make water distribution for the two states after bifurcation. He said that 25000 families will be losing their homes because of the Polavaram project which is not acceptable to him personally but it is also included in the Bill after deep discussions. He said that both the states should cooperate to complete the Polavaram project.

Regarding Bhadrachalam, Jairam Ramesh said that the decision not to change its position is taken after discussions and going deep into it.

Jairam Ramesh said that 371-D can be implemented in both the states without any legal complications.
