A cardiologist and two physicians are monitoring the condition of Chandrababu Naidu. The Medical Superintendant of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital Delhi Dr.H K Kar revealed that the BP of Chandrababu is 150/70, pulse 100, Sugar 85 and ketone 3+. He also said that Chandra Babu is dehydrated mildly.
In the words of Dr.Kar, “Ketone 3+ indicates that the body is drawing strength from the last of the calories reserved. We tried giving intravenous DNS and Vitamins but he refused saying that he wants to continue fast”
Chandrababu Naidu who was on indefinite hunger strike for five days at AP Bhavan Delhi demanding justice to the Telugu people in the State bifurcation issue was forcibly taken by the police to the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital but he insisted that he will continue his fast in the hospital.
The Telugu Desam Party President Chandrababu Naidu blamed Sonia Gandhi and Cabinet ministers for the situation in Seemandhra and questioned how a lady from Italy and Ministers who lost elections from their own constituencies can decide the future of Telugu people without consulting them?
