YS Jagan who is on conditional bail one of the conditions of which is not to leave Hyderabad is relaxed to the extent of visiting Idupulapaya.

Jagan wanted to go to Guntur to join Samaikyandhra movement and Idupulapaya the place where his father’s body was laid to pay obeisance to his father on October 1 and 2.

The investigating agency CBI objected for the relaxation in the conditions reasoning that he may influence the witnesses.

The CBI special courts relaxed the condition only to visit Idupulapaya.  His request to allow him to visit Guntur was turned down.

In the meanwhile Jagan visited Rajbhavan to submit a request to the Governor to keep the State united.
