PCC Official Spokesman Kotagiri Vidhyadhara Rao passed away today.

Vidhyadhara Rao played a key role in Praja Rajyam Party founded by Chiranjeevi.  He also held State Ministry in Telugu Desam Party.  Vidyadhara Rao who was working as Official spokesman for State Congress Party to day went in connection with the Panchayat elections.  He died of cardiac arrest due to massive heart attack while entering a car at East Yedavalli village in West Godavari District.

The Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi flew to Hyderabad from Delhi on hearing the news and leaving for Eluru to pay respects to the departed soul of Vidhyadhara Rao who was talked about high by some political leaders that he worked for the politics in the service of the people till he breathed his last.
