RSS Admonition Puts A Stop To BJP Crisis

After BJP leaders' attempts to pacify, at last RSS came to the rescue of BJP by asking L.K.Advani to withdraw his resignation from the party posts.

BJP President Rajnath Singh, other leaders Sushma Swaraj, Uma Bharati, Nitin Gadkari went to the residence of Advani in the evening and after the withdrawal of the resignation letter by Advani they conducted a press conference at that place in which participation of Advani was spared.  Rajnath Singh assured Advani that his observations and advices as mentioned in his resignation letter will be looked into and proper action will be taken to set them right.

After all the leaders failed to convince Advani to be in the party taking active participation, the RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat phoned Advani and asked him to withdraw his resignation.  And L.K.Advani bowed to the admonition of RSS and did so.

It is again evident that RSS is directing BJP.  L.K.Advani who was one of the founders of the Bharatiya Janata Party in 1980 could never fulfill his ambition to occupy the highest seat.  He worked for the party as its General Secretary and then made President in 1986.  When his name came out in a hawala scam he pledged not to contest till it is clear.  But he had a bad turning point when he went to Karachi and visited the mausoleum of Mohd. Ali Jinnah and announced Jinnah as a secular leader.  RSS got furious with his remarks and asked him to step down from the BJP leadership that paved entry to Rajnath Singh to become President of the party.

With a single phone call from the Sangh Parivar Advani withdrew his resignation which shows the strong hold RSS has on BJP.
