Nawaz Sharif for revival of Indo-Pak relations

Nawaz Sharif who was in lead in the general elections in Pakistan who became Prime Minister Designate is all set to patch up the strained relations between India and Pakistan.  

Nawaz Sharif invited Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to attend his swearing in cerimony and also visit Pakistan during his tenure as Prime Minister of Pakistan to work with him in close relation.   He also said that it will give an immense happiness to him and the people of Pakistan if Dr.Manmohan Singh visits Pakistan.  

Nawajz Sharif reminded that Manmohan Singh hails from Gah that is in the Punjab province of Pakistan.  Nawaz also said that when Dr.Singh called him on his victory in elections to congratulate him, they had a lengthy talk and Dr.Singh invited him to India and Nawaz Sharif invited Manmohan Singh to Pakistan.  

Nawaz Sharif was also for all praises for the former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpaye’s administration in which a bus journey to Lahore was initiated.  He promised to revive the relations between India and Pakistan that were strained under the military rule of Parvez Musharraf.
