From Adilabad to Sangareddy, again

MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi has been shifted to Sangareddy court from Adilabad court in connection with a case in 2005 wherein he allegedly abused an official of Medak. While the case on Akbaruddin and Asaduddin was booked long back, Asaduddin surrendered before the court recently, Akbaruddin who was already under judicial custody over sedition charges was once taken to Sangareddy court on prisoner in transit warrant and this today he would be produced before the court for the second time.

Year 2013 seemed to be not a good one for Owaisi brothers as they have allegedly been in the news for all wrong reasons. While Akbaruddin was arrested in the first week of January, Asaduddin struggled to bring him out on bail and he also later landed in jail with police booking a case against him for the alleged remarks he made on officials in Medak in 2005.

MIM, on the other hand, apparently alleged that they were being targetted because they came out of Congress party. This was the first time where in both the brothers landed in jail. Had they been in Congress, they would have reportedly been on a safe land to some extent, analyzed observers. Now, MIM has no support from Congress, which is playing big at Centre and State.
