BJP leaders have demanded that MIM legislator Akbaruddin should be arrested wherever he's on earth. A large number of BJP leaders today staged a protest at RTC X roads in Hyderabad demanding the arrest of Owaisi for making inflammatory speech for about an hour in Nirmal of Nizamabad district. In his speech, Mr Owaisi made serious remarks that only came in a shock and upset to a particular section of the society. He has even made seditious statements by terming Pakistani terrorist Kasab as bachcha.

Akbaruddin Owaisi's issue has created uproar across the country with national media strongly taking up this issue and questioning the deaf ear of the government and the police in Andhra Pradesh following which cases were registered against Owaisi. DGP Dinesh Reddy said that Akbaruddin Owaisi would be taken into the custody for further interrogation. Regarding the same, interpol (international police) help would be taken if necessary.
