PCC chief on Owaisi's speech

In the wake of the apparent questions from the political observers over Congress party alliance with MIM (whose legislator was booked for inflammatory speeches under IPC Section 153 A) until a few weeks, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana has come forward to give an explanation. Mr Botsa has said that provocative statements based on religions should not be viewed from political angles.  He said that whosoever crossed Lakshmana Rekha (surakshana rekha or safe boundaries) should pay the price (will be taken to the task).

Botsa Satyanarayana has also said that there was no need for Congress to team up with YSRC and indulge in unfair things. Meanwhile, BJP legislators have met speaker Nadendla Manohar and handed over a memorandum of request asking the honourable speaker to disqualify Akbaruddin Owaisi from the Legislative Assembly.  It has to be mentioned here that Akbaruddin Owaisi's hate speech against the country and a group reportedly disturbed the entire country that resulted in wide range debate on all national news channels.

A woman social activist named Shabnam Hazmi came forward and filed first case against Akbaruddin Owaisi at Parliamentary Street police station a few days back following which an advocate in Hyderabad approached Nampally Court, which today directed police to file a case against Akbaruddin. Accordingly, a case was also filed against him at Osmania University police station for allegedly promoting enmity between two groups.

On the other hand, the state police stuck notices to the residence of Akbaruddin Owaisi since he was not available at his residence in posh Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad.
